Duties:
* Greet, assist and direct employees, new hires and candidates for hire
* Assist in planning/preparation of meetings and conference calls
* Track, transcribe, distribute meeting notes, minutes and agendas
* Maintain goals and metrics
* Receive, direct and relay telephone/fax messages
* Provide calendar management ensuring all scheduling for daily meetings is
Qualifications:
* Bachelors Degree Required
* Highly proficiency in MS Office Required
* Experience working in or supporting a sales organization Preferred
* Experience with Salesforce.com Preferred
